Kimberly Coleman

Funeral services for Kimberly Coleman will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home-Bossier City.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.  Interment will follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery. 

Kim was born on July 10, 1969 in Louisville, KY to Marie and Phillip Coleman.  Sadly she passed away May 20, 2018 following a long term illness with her family by her side.  Kim was known for her laughter, strong faith, and loving ways.  She enjoyed spoiling her grandson and spending time with her nieces and nephews.  She was the family confidant that knew everyone’s secrets, many of which left this world with her. 

Preceding her death is her mother, Marie Coleman and brother, Joey Armstrong.  She is survived by loving daughter, Amanda Coleman; light of her life grandson, Jaden Coleman; father, Phillip Coleman; brothers, Kenney Coleman and wife Beverly, Billy Coleman; sister, Marlene Garrard and husband James; and nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Kim meant the world to many people.  The sound of Kim’s laughter will always bring a smile to those that knew her.  Kim is now home with her Mom and her brother.
