Bossier City-Graveside services for Mrs. Simonne Porter will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2007, at 1:00 pm at Ogden Cemetery, Liddieville, LA. The family will be receiving friends at Boone Funeral Home Monday from 5-8 PM. Mrs. Porter passed away Saturday, February 10, 2007. She was born on October 20, 1920, in Paris, France. Mrs. Porter was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic faith. She always enjoyed traveling with her family and friends. Her husband Joseph Porter and her parents preceded her in death. Surviving her are her daughters: Evelyn Porter, Marlene Hill and husband Ronald; grandchildren: Sherry Jennings and husband Kevin, Shawn Mizell and wife Lori, and five great grandchildren.
