Arthur David Turner

A Military Honors Service celebrating the life of MSgt Arthur David Turner Jr. (Ret.) was held at 9:00a.m. Monday May 3rd, 2021 at Boone Funeral Home 2156 Airline Drive Bossier City, LA 71111 MSgt Arthur David Turner Jr. was the first child of four siblings born to Arthur David Turner Sr. and Earnestine Turner on April 2, 1943 in Keene, New Hampshire and left this earth April 27th 2021 at his home in Coushatta Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his wife of 30 years Deborah Rene’ Turner, his parents and his sister Sharon. Left to cherish his memory are his brother Peter Turner and sister Catherine Turner and his former wife Thelma Jean Turner Papp. His legacy continues with is children, his first born son Arthur David Turner III his wife Dawn and son Keagan. His daughter Tina Marie Sullivan her husband Russell and son Tucker. His son Herbert Lloyd Turner his wife Nicole as well as Deborah Rene’s daughter Christina Michele Foley. MSgt Turner served in the USAF from 1961 to 1982. He was a registered nurse and respiratory therapist. He was a life time member of the NRA. He was a professional gun smith, small arms instructor and reloader. His best times were with his best buddy his grandson Tucker.
