Evelyn Benefield Maniscalco

SHREVEPORT, LA ? Evelyn Maniscalco, age 73, of Shreveport, LA began her new life with her Heavenly Father on August 29, 2011 after a short illness. Evelyn was born on November 10, 1937 in New Orleans, LA. She married Blaise A. Maniscalco on September 3, 1955. Blaise and Evelyn lived in New Orleans, LA and Marshall, TX, before moving to Shreveport in 1966. Beloved wife and mother, Evelyn is survived by her husband; children Kenneth, Cheryl, Steven; grandchildren Kenneth Jr., Mary, Theresa, Joseph, Benjamin, Steven, and Kevin; sisters Helen, Marion, and brother Fred. Evelyn?s life will be celebrated with services at St Mary of the Pines Catholic Church in Shreveport beginning with a visitation at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 2, 2011.
