Margie Carter

Bossier City- Mrs. Margie G. Carter went to sing in the Lord?s choir on December 12, 2009. Her husband Raymond preceded her in death in 2005. Funeral services will be held at North Shreve Baptist Church, where she was a member, on Tuesday, December 15 at 5 pm with Dr. Roy W. Davis officiating. Burial at Crystal Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Little Rock, AR will take place on Wednesday. The family will receive friends at the church at 4pm on Tuesday. Mrs. Carter is survived by her daughters, Margie Ann Tullis and husband Richard of Shreveport, Carolyn Sue Watson and husband James of Little Rock, AR; sons, Dennis Carter and wife Susie of Mesquite, TX, and Tommy Carter and wife Georgia of Sheridan AR; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and 1 great- great-great-grandchild. She loved the Lord and served Him for many years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the North Shreve Baptist Church Funeral Fund.
