Doris Dison

Shreveport, LA - Ms. Doris Dison, 52, entered heavens gates on Tuesday, February 13, 2007. Funeral services will be held at Northview Assembly of God, Shreveport, LA on Friday, February 16, 2007 at 10:00 am. The family will be receiving friends at the Boone Funeral Home Shreveport Chapel on Thursday, February 15, 2007 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Interment will follow at Jolley's Cemetery, Three Creeks, Arkansas at 2:30 pm. Officiating the service will be Rev. Don R. Parmely, Pastor of Northview Assembly of God. Pallbearers will be: Ronnie Dison, William Dison, Brandon Frick, Brian Walker, Eddie Barnhill and Wayne Nelson. Ms. Dison was preceded in death by her daughter Michelle Dison, brother, James Edwards and her mother Mary Anderson Kuhn. She is survived by the love of her life and father of her children, Jimmy Dison. Also survived by her children which meant the world to her are: Ronnie Dison and Michael Murray of New Orleans, LA, Angie and husband Brian Walker of Savannah GA, and William and wife Ashley of Stonewall, LA. Three sisters, Ann White, who was there by her side, Debra Goodpastor and Janet Couvillion and her father William "Tom" Edwards. Grandchildren: Brandon Frick, Kaytlin, and Dayton Dison and nephew Wayne Nelson and her special dauschund "Sweet Pea". Boone Funeral Home Shreveport Chapel 688-5509
