Sue Hamaker Goza

Houston, TX - Sue Hamaker Goza, passed away peacefully of natural causes at her home in Houston, TX, on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at the age of 89. She was a long time resident of Shreveport, LA and retired from Weingartens. She is preceded in death by her husband, Granville B. Goza, Jr. She was born July 24, 1924 in Hampton, AR. Sue is survived by her children; Granville B. Goza, III of Saegertown PA, Sue Goza of Houston, TX, Claudia Strickland of Tomball, TX, and Debra Sharp of Haughton, LA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 22, 2014 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM at Boone Funeral Home, 3903 Meriwether Road, Shreveport, with funeral services at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Forest Park Cemetery West.
