Thelma Pauline Hada, age 88, left this world to be with her Lord and Savior, March 15, surrounded by her family.  Born March 6, 1931, in Lowell, Arkansas, Pauline attended grade school in Fayetteville. While in middle school, she and her family moved to Sacramento, California. After graduation from St. Joseph Catholic Academy, Pauline married, began raising her family and found her career, working for Pacific Telephone Company.  She subsequently worked for the state of California Social Services Department, retiring in 1992 after twenty-five years of service.  Along the way, she studed at Cosumnes River College and enjoyed travels across the U.S. and abroad. In 2005, Pauline moved to Lousiana to live closer to her family. Throughout her life, she was an avid reader of history, biographies and good mysteries (she especially enjoyed those by Agatha Christie).  Her greatest joys were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  

Pauline was preceed in death by her parents Earl Williams and Arvella Smith; husband, Letto Hada; and son, Richard Meador. Left to cherish her memory are daughter Michele Ringle (Alan) of Bossier City and Christine Meador of Sacramento, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The family expresses heartflet thanks to the excellent staff of Azalea Estates; Southern Care Hospice and Nurse Brenda Willians; and Pauline's aides Erica, Cathy, Claudia, and Jessica for their expert care and loving support

A private memorial service will be held to celebrate Pauline's life. Please contact the family for details regarding the service.
