Curtis L. Alexander was born November 16, 1951 and passed suddenly November 5, 2018 with his wife Trish by his side.
Curtis was born and raised in Shreveport/Bossier area and graduated from Fair Park in 1969. During his working years, he enjoyed many different paths. He enjoyed being a DJ for several local radio stations the most. When not working he liked to go fishing with his parents and later his fishing buddies. He also enjoyed writing song lyrics that encompassed his life experiences. Later in life, he rededicated his life to his Lord and Savior and became active in his church.
Left to cherish many memories of happy times are his wife, Trish; sons, Tommy Alexander ; granddaughter, Savannah Battles and husband Ashton; grandson, Gavin Alexander; great-granddaughters, Ivory and Haisley; brother, Gary Alexander and wife Karen; sister, Frances Lee and husband Robin; and step-children, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A Celebration of Life for Curtis will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 17, 2018 at New Life Worship Center, 2000 Robert E. Lee Blvd, Bossier City, LA 71112.
Curtis was a special person to many. He will be greatly missed by all that had the honor of knowing him.
