Irma Hutto

Mrs. Irma H. Hutto Benton, LA Services honoring the life of Mrs. Irma H. Hutto will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at Boone Funeral Home Chapel, Bossier City. Interment will follow in Rose-Neath Cemetery on Swan Lake Road, Bossier City. Visitation will be from 6 PM until 9 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Irma, one of 9 children, was born March 9, 1926 and passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010. She was a faithful Christian, devoted wife and mother. Irma was inspired often by the Holy Verses of the Bible. She was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed sewing for her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert Hutto; two children, Robert Ralph and Carlton Ray; sisters, Christine Taylor, Vera Wackerly and husband Glen, and Alice Barton and husband Edward; brothers, Ivy L. Hanks, Jr. and wife Joyce, and Rodney Hanks and wife Barbara; and many other relatives and friends. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff of Heritage Manor for their kindness and earnest efforts in caring for Irma.
