Wilton Wallace

Benton LA- Graveside services for Wilton Wallace, age 77, will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 26, at Hill Crest Memorial Park, with full military honors. Visitation will be at Boone Funeral Home, Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mr. Wallace passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2008 surrounded by his family. He was born February 18, 1931 in Hondo, TX to Mary and Jesse Wallace. Mr. Wallace served our country in the U.S.A.F. during the Korean and Vietnam Wars, retiring after 26 years of service. He was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and loved his garden and cooking for his family. But most of all he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Wallace was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years; Dorothy Wallace, daughter; Vanessa Morgan and daughter-in-law; Donna Wallace. Left to cherish his memory are his two sons; Jon Wallace and Scott Wallace, two granddaughters; Danessa Morgan, and Danielle Craft and husband Crispin, great granddaughter; Vanessa Craft, and son-in-law; Mel Morgan.
