Ronald Emil Beres Jr. (Ron) 

August 14, 1961 - June 30, 2024

 Ronald Emil Beres Jr., known affectionately as Ron to his friends and family, passed away unexpectedly on June 30, 2024, at the age of 62, in Doyline, Louisiana. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and husband, remembered for his warmth and spirited personality.

Ron was born in Valparaiso, Indiana, on August 14, 1961, where he developed a love for fishing during outings with his parents. This passion for fishing was something he cherished and later shared with his son, Chance. Ron and Chance spent many summers fishing at the Iowa Great Lakes in Okoboji, Iowa. Ron dedicated nearly 30 years of his life working as a Respiratory Therapist, serving communities in Nebraska, Iowa, Texas, and Louisiana.

Ron was preceded in death by his mother, Fannie Beres; his father, Ronald Beres Sr.; his sister, Debbie Beres; and his nephew, Jimmy Denfield. He is survived by his son, Chance Beres; daughter-in-law, Jessica Beres; and his cherished grandchildren, Brayden, Dalilah, and Faith. He is also survived by his sister, Nicole Lang, his wife, Monica Beres, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Ron's kindness, humor, and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever be remembered by his family and friends.
