Peter Perhala

Mr. Peter Perhala passed away on March 24, 2008, in Shreveport. He was born on July 9, 1926, in Cleveland, OH. Mr. Perhala served our country as a Naval Aviator in the U.S. Navy for over 20 years during both WWII and the Korean War. He graduated from the University of New Orleans with two degrees in Fine Arts and Finance. Mr. Perhala spoke a few different languages and was a great artist. He was a member of the Catholic faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and one sister. Surviving him is his wife Nancy; children: Peggy Boutcher, Barbara Charlet and husband Dale, Peter Christopher Perhala and wife Jennifer; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three step-children; six step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. If you wish to make a memorial donation, please do so in his memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. A memorial service is planned for a later date.
