Paul Hunt

Paul Benton Hunt was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.  He was born January 16, 1951 in Leesville LA, to Rufus and Inez Hunt.  He left this world after a short illness on March 14, 2025, at the age of 74.

Paul graduated from Byrd High School in Shreveport, La, in 1969.  He spent most of his life in Shreveport in the HVAC business for over 50 years, until retirement.  Paul enjoyed watching LSU and loved the Miami Dolphins.  He loved music, collecting guns and knives to pass on to his great grandson, Cutter Luke McKuhen.  Paul was also a faithful bible reader that read everyday.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sky and Inez Hunt, daughter, Kimberly Hunt Bickham, bonus daughter, Brandi Woods, brothers Raymond Hunt, Don Hunt and Edward Hunt, special brother-in-law, John Scott, and beloved son-in-law, Cody Wynn.

He leaves to cherish his memory daughter, Stephanie Hunt Wynn (Keith O'Neal), granddaughters, Presli Jetton (Cody), Peyton Buxton (Matthew), and Bella Bickham, grandson, Britain Bickham, former son-in-law, Tippy Bickham, bonus grandson, Landen Woods, great grandchildren, Cutter Luke McKuhen and Natalie McKuhen, brothers, Rob Hunt (Theresa), Gerald Hunt and sister, Kayla Scott, sister-in-law, Denise Hunt and several  nieces and nephews.
