Patrick Fielder Shows

Patrick was born September 28, 1973 to Helen Fielder Shows and the late James Patrick Shows in Shreveport, LA. He is survived by his mother, Helen; sister, Hilaire Williams, and her four children, Alex Arnold, Chloey Williams, Andrew Williams, and Elliott Williams. Patrick lived at home until he became a resident at Holy Angels in Shreveport, LA. Patrick was a wonderful gift to his family and to so many others who loved him. Our thanks go out to the Holy Angels family who cared for Patrick so long: Sr. Concetta Scipione, Sr. Gemma Forlani, and to all the sisters for their loving care. As well as the beloved teachers, trainers, and direct caregivers such as Patty Presley who was fondly known as his "second Mama". We are also grateful to Theresa Ruffins, Destini Ruffins, Braylon Smith, Rena Diggs and Lois Brown. Memorial services will be held in Frost Chapel of First Baptist Church of Shreveport at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 1, 2015. The family will receive guests in the Parlor one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Holy Angels, 10450 Ellerbe Road, Shreveport, LA 71106
