Pamela Lea O'Brien peacefully passed away at her home on June 21, 2024, following a brief battle with cancer. Born on March 21, 1966, in Brunswick, GA, Pam relocated to Haughton, Louisiana during her early childhood years. She graduated from Haughton High School in 1984 and later earned associate degrees in Business Management and Accounting.
Throughout her life, Pam dedicated herself to raising her daughter and pursuing a career. She worked in the accounting and finance field for over 20 years. In her leisure time, Pam found joy in crocheting, online games, diamond art painting, puzzles, cross-stitching, caring for stray animals, and creating memories with her loved ones. Her nurturing spirit, diligent work ethic, and deep affection for those she loved touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
Pam is survived by her devoted husband, Timothy O'Brien of Haughton, LA; beloved daughter, Jamie Allen of Stonewall, LA; cherished granddaughters, Elizabeth and Dakota Allen of Stonewall, LA; brother, Timothy Guyton of New Orleans, LA; and numerous other dear friends and relatives.
A memorial service honoring Pam's life will be held on Sunday, June 30th, 2024, at 2:00pm, at Boone Funeral Home in Bossier City, LA.
