Buddy was a master chef in his own way which was not limited to but included tomato gravy, burnt spaghetti, chicken and dumpling's and not to leave out fried fish/fries. He was an avid fisherman who loved fishing on Cross Lake, and when he wasn't fishing he could be found at Harrah's Louisiana Downs "helping pay their bills".
He was a hard worker and was liked and respected by those with whom he worked with. Although he was a 'jack of all trades' his expertise showed when you put a hammer in his hand as a carpenter where he worked for United Built Homes for many years.
Left to cherish his memory he was survived by his mother Lillie Davidson; son, Zachary Skinner; daughter, Destiny Lafitte, son-in-law Chris Lafitte; brothers: Richard Banks and Tracy Banks, sister-in-law Christy Banks; sister, Jan Oglesby; granddaughter/best friend, Camryn Lafitte; as well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. Although never married he had two loves in his life; Carla Bazzano and Ramona Chandler. Of course not to leave out Buddy's partners in crime/side kicks Heavy and Brown.
Proceeded in death by his father Tony Perez along with a number of family that has gone on before him.
