Shreveport, LA ? Memorial services for Myrtle Pardue Moellenkamp will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Louisiana Funeral and Cremation Care. Officiating will be Dr. Gene Hendrix of First Baptist Church of Shreveport. Myrtle, 84, was born in Haynesville and passed away peacefully August 31, 2010 in Shreveport. Myrtle was known to all of her friends and family as a fun, loving, and caring person who would do anything for anyone. She is preceded in death by her husband, R. David Moellenkamp; mother, Clara Edwards Pardue; father, Lee Radford Pardue; sister, Myrtis Pardue Pearce; and brothers, Cedric, George (Red) and John Pardue. She is survived by son, David Michael Moellenkamp of Shreveport; daughter, Susan M. Saracino and husband Michael of Denver, CO; nieces, Louise Pearce Worrell, Linda Pearce Waldrop of Mexia, TX, Dona Maloy of Brighton, CO, Laureen Maloy Pickett, Jeanne Moellenkamp Allen of Pflugerville, TX, Elaine Pardue McAuley of Paradise, CA; and nephews, Jimmy E. Moellenkamp of Keithville, Jerry R. Moellenkamp of FL, Loyd Pardue of Magalia, CA, Tim Maloy of Joaquin, TX, and John W. Moellenkamp of Houston, TX; and childhood friend, Juana Jean Long.
