Loretta Hardy

Loretta Mae Hardy, 82, of Bossier City, La passed away May 15, 2015. She was born in Leadville, Colorado to Harry Rau and Iva Jane Thompson-Benson. Preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Harry Rau Jr., a sister, Sybal Revoinski, and 2 grandchildren. Survived by a sister, Nettie Smith of WA, Archie Hardy, her husband of 60 years, children Ruthie & Ron Wade of Saucier, MS; Sarah & Dwayne Thomas of Charlotte, NC; Dona & James Gregory of Canehill, AR; and Terry & Kim Hardy of Pinehurst, NC. She has 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She lived a life of service to family, Church, and community. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Lambert Town Cemetery, 1262 Freeman Loop, Robeline, La 71469 Viewing will be Monday 6 to 8 pm at the Boone Funeral Home on Airline Dr, Bossier City. Services will be Tuesday 10 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 310 Wellington, Bossier City. Internment will be Tuesday 2:30 pm at Lambert Town Cemetery, Shamrock Loop, Robeline.
