John W. Lepenski

Bossier City - The family of John W. "Bill" Lepenski will receive friends at Boone Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 between 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Bill passed March 24, 2017 following a brief illness. He was raised in Ft. Worth and still has family and friends in that area. During vacations, he often devoted his time working on his mother's home in Ft. Worth. Having earned honors as an Eagle Scout formed Bill's life of service for others. Bill had a long and successful career in casino industry in Lake Tahoe area For the last twenty years of his distinguished career he was employed with two casinos in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. During his spare time, he was a dedicated Dallas Cowboy fan, reading books of any kind, and listening to country music. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 25 years, Connie; daughter, Brenda; and mother, Virginia Lepenski. This soft spoken man will be greatly missed by everyone that had the privilege of knowing him.
