John Chancellor

DeRidder LA- John Chancellor, age 64 passed away Thursday, April 24, 2008 after a lengthy illness. He was born July 8, 1943, in Shreveport, LA, and spent many years in Bossier City, LA. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Bossier. Mr. Chancellor served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves and worked as a LPN for many years. He enjoyed playing chess and computer games, as well as a good book. But most of all he was a loving brother, uncle, and friend. Mr. Chancellor was preceded in death by his parents; Arnold and Rena Chancellor, and his pet cat and best friend "Girl." He is survived by his brother; James Chancellor and wife Carmen of Fort Walton Beach, FL, two nephews; David and Mark Chancellor, and great nephew; Sean Chancellor all of Fort Walton Beach, FL. A private family memorial will be at a later date.
