Jimmie Kimmons

Shreveport, LA ? Jimmie Kimmons passed away peacefully on February 14, 2011. He was born in Picher, OK and lived much of his life working on the family farm in Hackett, AR. He later moved to Shreveport to live with his sister where he sold NASCAR memorabilia at The Greenwood Flea Market. Jimmie was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Kimmons Frazier; father, J. P. (Jim) Kimmons; and cousin Leisa K. Minks. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Mayberry; grandson, Dylan Mayberry of Ft Smith, AR; sister, Terri L. Kimmons of Shreveport, and his best friend Sugar Free (SuSu). The family would like to thank Lonnie Pagett, 7 West Palative Care Unit, Red Team at the Overton Brooks VA Hospital and especially our ACT Industrial Process Services family. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date in the National Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Louisiana Food Bank or Shriners Hospital for Children.
