Jean Haggerty

Jean L. Haggerty, age 97, passed away in Bossier City, LA on Sunday, July 7, 2024 after a brief illness. Beloved wife of the late Warren H. Haggerty, devoted mother of Robin L. Loucke and her husband Doug of Benton, LA and Cathy E. Giordano and her husband Jack of Montville, NJ, and cherished Grandmother of Amanda L. Crawford and her husband Reverend Stephen Crawford of Franklin, LA. She was Great-Grandmother to Clare, Warren, Mary and Patrick Crawford. Several nieces, nephews and other family members also survive her. 

Her parents, Aurelia and Eric Perkins and a brother, Reid, preceded Mrs. Haggerty in death. 

Mrs. Haggerty was born and raised in Charlotte Amalie, Virgin Islands and later resided in New Jersey and Louisiana. 

Mrs. Haggerty’s funeral service will be held at St. George Episcopal Church in Bossier City, LA on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 10 am. Her interment will take place at Laurel Grove Cemetery located in Totowa, New Jersey at a later date.
