Bossier City ? Frank H. Chandler passed away on November 2, 2011 from a sudden illness. He was born to Frank, Sr. & Edna Chandler on February 14, 1949. Memorial Services will be held at Central Assembly Church on Hwy 80 at 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 5, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father Rev. Frank Chandler, Sr. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 41 years, Kay Chandler and his three sons: Trey Chandler, Chad Chandler and wife Angela, and Brad Chandler all of Bossier City. He was also survived by his granddaughter Briley Chandler; mother Edna Chandler; sister Randy Swindle and husband William; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, and friends. Mr. Chandler was a retired District Chief of Shreveport Fire Department for over 30 years.
