Douglas Troy Smith Haughton, LA A memorial service for Douglas Troy Smith will be held Wednesday, February 1st, 2012, 11:30 AM at the Chapel of Louisiana Downs. Officiating will be Chaplain Les Riggs. Mr. Smith was born June 11, 1958 in Shreveport, LA and passed away January 26, 2012 in Haughton, LA. He is survived by his wife Marilyn and several other relatives. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Backside Benevolence Fund at Louisiana Downs.
