Clara Brown

Bossier City, LA ? Clara Brown, surrounded by her family, passed away peacefully August 24, 2011. Clara was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved to go fishing and work in the flower garden. Preceding her death are her parents, Ola and Lewis Bennett; husband, Sam H. Brown, Jr.; and son, Ricky Lewis Pelletier. She is survived by daughters, Debbie Manning and husband Jerry, and Brandy Pelletier; son, Sam H. Brown, III; grandchildren, Katrina Griggs and husband Andy, Miranda Murray, Mallory McCrary and husband Joseph, Steven Bridges, Kayle Murray; daughter-in-law, Judith Pelletier; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Griggs, Caden McCrary, Paeyton McCrary, and Andrew Miller Griggs, Jr., due in October. She also leaves behind her best friend and companion, Kassy. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society. The family will receive friends at Boone Funeral Home, August 26, 2011 between 5:00 and 8:00 PM.
