Arturo Maldonado, Jr. “Tony” was born July 18, 1968 in Bossier City, Louisiana to Rebecca and Arturo Maldonado. Sadly, Tony passed away suddenly on March 3, 2021 in Bossier City. A Celebration of Life service for Tony will be held 4:00 PM, Friday, March 5,2021 at Boone Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Joyner officiating. Tony had a heart as big as he was. He loved life and loved his family deeply. In his spare time, he enjoyed using his talent of creating drawings and paintings for his family and friends. He enjoyed camping, grilling, music and spending time with his favorite nieces and nephew. His life-long dream was to find Big-Foot as he spent time in the woods. Tony is survived by his mother, Rebecca Maldonado; father, Arturo Maldonado; brothers, David and Roberto Maldonado; nieces, Taylor, Kylie, and Keniyah Maldonado; nephew, Roberto Maldonado, Jr.; life-long friend, Stephen Herring; and many other family members and friends. Tony touched many people during his short time here. His legacy and memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who had the honor of knowing this “Gentle Giant.”
