Allen Reed Lane

Allen Reed Lane was born February 17, 1957 in Cleveland Ohio to parents, Walter Eldon and Jeanette Peterson Lane. Allen was the oldest of six siblings. Sadly, Allen went to his forever home on June 27, 2021 with his family by his side. Allen was an avid sports fan of all things Cleveland. The only thing he loved more than the Browns, the Tribe, Cavaliers and the Buckeyes was his large loving family. Allen met and married his best friend, Becki Wells Baker and they were married 25 years. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, except when the Browns, Indians or Buckeyes were on TV or he was on the golf course. He is survived by wife, Becki Lane; children, Rose Hausken and husband Lars, Dawn Ramos and husband Gerald, and Catherine Ruby and husband Chris; grandchildren, Alex, Angel and fiancé Hayley, Ashley, Sydney, Lexie Ana, Melina, Natalie, Michael, Thor, Victoria, and Anna; great-grandchildren, Avery and soon to be born Lylah; step-son, David Stewart and step-daughter Sherrie Stewart; siblings, David Lane and wife Sheryl, Gayle Kaye and husband Ron, Tim Lane and wife Debbie, John Lane and wife Kathy, and Shari Whitehead and husband David; and many other family members and friends. Allen loved his family and enjoyed being a part of their lives. His legacy will continue on through many generations into the future.
