Albert Joe Lopez (Pop)

Albert (Pop) Lopez,59, of Bossier City, passed on December 24, 2024 in the presence of family and friends. He was born in Shreveport LA to Mary Moore and Albert Lomas on April 14, 1965.  Albert Graduated from Airline High School and was very intelligent.  He lived life to the fullest and never met a stranger. He also loved to play chess,  ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle and tree-trimming was his passion.  He also loved Nicky's and Trejo's Mexican Restaurants.  Albert considered himself the best dancer at any given time.  Family was always first, especially his grandchildren.  He was a great storyteller that could sell anything, which made him a very unique person.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Penny Lopez, his children Selena Lopez, Albert Lopez Jr., Chance Gray, and Josie Wright, his sisters Delores Capuano, Melinda Lopez, Mary Lynn Lopez, and Angela Jones(Carlos), and brothers Tommy Lopez(Tina), and Nolan Lilley(Jenny), and Randy Lomas, and grandchildren Kaeden, Mason, and Kaizen, and numerous nieces, nephews , and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents Mary Moore and Albert Lomas, stepfather RC Moore, brother Danny Lilley, sister Theresa Lopez, and brother in law  Mickey Capuano, and stepbrother Anthony Lomas.
