Toni "Sis" Davis

Toni Lynn Davis, “Sis,” 61 years old, passed away November 23, 2020 at a local hospital in Shreveport Louisiana following a short illness. Her memorial service will be held at Boone Funeral Home, Bossier City, Louisiana on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11:00. The service will be officiated by Patrick Hawthorne.

Toni Lynn was born on September 8, 1959, in Shreveport Louisiana to Tony and Mona Davis who have predeceased her. She has one son but is also a second mom or sister to a countless number of other people of all ages and walks in life. Hardly anyone called her Toni. Most knew her by the name “Sis.” While there were many things that brought her joy, one of her greatest joy was working at a local rehab center for disabled children. The children were always, to her, “My Kids.”

Toni Lynn is survived by her son Michael Anthony Davis and his wife Cierra Loper Davis, her two sisters, Gail Davis Keith (husband Tony Keith), Kathy Davis Hawthorne (husband Patrick Hawthorne), and Nephew Daniel King (wife Stephanie Williams King) and their families.
