Robert Wayne Jackson

Sadly Robert “Bob” Wayne Jackson was called home on May 14, 2018 with his wife and children at his side.  A Celebration of Bob’s life will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home-Bossier City Chapel.

Bob was born September 4, 1942 in Shreveport to Selma Feibel and Cary Lee Jackson.  He worked as a Medical Technologist with the Willis Knighton Health System.  When not working, he was spending time with his family or fishing. 

Preceding Bob in death are son, Robert Jackson, Jr. and his parents.  He is survived by wife, Elizabeth Jackson; sons, Cary Jackson and wife Karisa, David Wells and wife Jessica; grandchildren, Dylan Jackson, Matthew Wells, and Caitlin Jackson; sister, Karen Piazza and husband William; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

 Many lives were touched by Bob’s love, faith, and wit.  He will be missed.
