As he grew older, he continued to like watching football with family and friends. But above all he enjoyed spending time with his precious daughter. He always made sure to have meat in the smoker because he liked cooking as much as eating. Also he never knew when one of his fireman buddies might stop by. Allen was known for his great big bear hugs. Those hugs will be missed by many, especially his daughter. Allen’s last words to his daughter Wednesday morning were “I love you to the moon and back.”
