Patricia Ann Turner

Ms. Patricia Ann Preston Turner, transitioned from Earth to Glory Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at her home. She was 72.

Born November 1, 1946 in Lufkin, Texas, Patricia moved to Keithville, Louisiana and retired from Lucent Technologies, formerly AT&T in Shreveport, Louisiana. She dedicated her life first to The Lord, as well as to her immediate and her church family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, 1 brother and 3 nephews.

She is survived by: Daughter, Angela Bowman; Son, Christopher Turner (Tracey); Grandchildren, Gabrielle Boyd (Nate), Gavin Turner, Decedric Bowman, Jasmine Bowman, Josilyn Bowman, Shepard Turner, Mason Turner, and Toryana Turner; 10 Great-Grandchildren; 3 sisters, Anner Adams, Melinda Mobley, and Willie Mae Durham; 2 Brothers, James Preston, and Tommie Preston; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, immediate and extended church family and friends.

To honor her wishes, she will be cremated Monday May 20, 2019, so there will not be a formal service. One way to remember her is to always be kind and show love one to another. That's what she tried to exemplify in her daily walk with The Lord.
