John H. Shepherd Shreveport, LA John H. Shepherd, 58, was born in Charlottesville, VA. He entered into rest October 15, 2013 in Shreveport, LA. He served in the US Navy and retired from GM after 29 years. His hobbies were photography, music and repairing anything. He was a caring person that was always there to help. John was preceded in death by his father, William Shepherd, Sr. Surviving John is his mother, Marjorie Shepherd; a brother, William; sisters, Susan, Val, Tracy and Karen; one niece; four nephews; his best friend, Jerri; and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held at the graveside in Forest Park West Cemetery, Shreveport, LA at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October19, 2013
