Funeral services for J. S. VanVeckhoven, Jr., will be held in the chapel of Boone Funeral Home, 3903 Meriwether Rd., Shreveport, on Sunday, February 19, 2006, at 3:00 PM, with Pastor James Hoover of Lifeway Fellowship Church officiating. Graveside services will follow at Haughton Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home in Shreveport on Saturday from 5-9 PM. Mr. VanVeckhoven passed away on February 16, 2006, at his residence.
