Gerald Wayne Bailey

Gerald “Beau” Bailey, 49, of Shreveport, La, passed away on February 19, 2019 in Bossier City, La.

A memorial service celebrating Beau’s life will be at 11:00am, Saturday, March 2nd, at Springs of Grace Baptist Church, 6300 Hearne Ave, Shreveport, La. with Rev. Eric Johnson officiating.

Beau was born in Shreveport, La to Fred and Charlotte Bailey on December 16, 1969.  He graduated from Southwood High School in 1987.

Beau enjoyed sports and always loved playing ball and spent many hours on the ballfield with his friends throughout the years.

Beau is preceded in death by his parents, Fred Bailey and Charlotte Young Bailey.

Beau is survived by his son, Duncan Bailey, his brother, Micah Bailey and spouse Tanya, and his sisters, Elizabeth Bailey Treece and Lana Williams.  He is also survived by nieces, Emily and Sarah Bailey and Meredith Treece and several aunts and cousins.
