Stonewall - Alice Ebey Davenport, 80, of Stonewall, LA passed away November 11, 2015. She was born October 28, 1935, to the late Robert Smith and Claudie New. Alice was a homemaker. Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, November 13, 2015, at Forest Park West. Visitation will be from 11:30 AM to service time. Pastor David Radford of North DeSoto Church of God will be officiating. Mama was preceded in death by her parents and first husband, Frederick C. Ebey, Sr. She is survived by husband, David Davenport, Sr.; children, Faye Alice Bass (Billy), Fred Ebey, Jr (Kathy), Shirley Wallace (Thomas), Robert Ebey (Kim), and Shannon Ebey, Sr; step-children, David, Jr. and John Davenport and Jennifer Meshell; grandchildren, Rebecca Kassim, Clifton Youn II, Fred III and John Ebey, Heather and Thomas Wallace II, Matthew and Clayton Ebey, Cheyenne Payne, and Shannon Ebey, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Whitney Pack, Cheree, Chelsea, Christina Young, Hunter and Hayden Ebey, Hannah and Addison Ebey, Jacqueline Jenkins, Thomas III, Jovona and Anna Grace Wallace and Violet, Lilly and Jax Ebey. Pallbearers will be family members. Mama was a good mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She will be missed by everyone that had the honor of knowing her.
