Alfredo Monroy

Bossier City- Mr. Alfredo R. Monroy, 75, passed from this life on Sunday, December 6, 2009 at Willis Knighton Bossier Health Center. He was born September 27, 1934 in San Antonio, TX to Juan and Esperanza Ayala Monroy. Mr. Monroy proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, retiring in 1975. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Michael G. Monroy and wife Jaqueline, John A. Monroy, Suzy Monroy, and Monika Monroy Grimsley and husband Aaron; 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services with full military honors will be held Friday, December 11, 2009 at 11am at Boone Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ALS Association at www.alsa.org.
